0165(3)(g) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed toys in the outdoor play area that were visibly broken, including a riding car toy missing a tire exposing sharp plastic edges. 0165(4)(e) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed the water temperature in the bathroom hand washing sink to be 120.5 degrees F.
